Forging Workshop
There are 6 production lines in the forging workshop of the connecting rod division, with 75 existing equipment. Each line has the functions of shot blasting, automatic eddy current testing, weighing and flaw detection. 4 lines of 600T hot die forging, one 630T electric spiral pressure forging production line and one 1600T hot die forging production line, which brought 10 million connecting rod workblank production annually.
The connecting rod forging automatic production line is the first one replacing the manual feeding line with the manipulator in China. Auto-line is more efficient, safer, more stable than the manual line, which makes us the leading role in China.
